The Challenge:

The client’s team was facing challenges around emotional management, stress, and time management, impacting both personal wellbeing and team dynamics. Team members were experiencing rising workplace pressures, difficulty setting healthy boundaries, and reduced resilience when dealing with daily demands. The client needed a solution that would strengthen internal wellbeing, improve stress management practices, and create a more positive, sustainable work environment.

The Solution:

NouraWell designed and delivered a bespoke Team Wellbeing Workshop focused on practical strategies for emotional regulation, stress resilience, and time management.


Built around NouraWell’s six pillars of wellbeing, the workshop blended education, reflection, and action - giving team members real tools to improve both their individual wellbeing and their collective team culture.

Key workshop elements included:

  • Understanding stress and emotional responses

  • Building a personal and team stress management toolkit

  • Practicing mindfulness, breathwork, and physical wellbeing habits
