The Brief:
Perkins&Will London approached us to support their internal Mental Health & Wellbeing initiative with a workshop focused on preventing burnout. The goal was to raise awareness around burnout risks in the design industry, empower their team with tools for early identification, and foster a workplace culture where wellbeing is prioritised as the foundation for long-term success.
Our Solution:
NouraWell designed and delivered a bespoke Prevent Burnout workshop for the team at Perkins&Will London, supporting their internal wellbeing programme and commitment to creating a healthy, sustainable work culture.
The session combined education, reflection, and group interaction—encouraging participants to assess their current wellbeing, understand the early signs of burnout, and explore how wellbeing acts as the foundation for long-term creativity and performance.
Participants worked in small groups to analyse workplace scenarios built around a fictional persona facing signs of burnout. These activities supported peer learning, helped identify underlying issues, and encouraged collaborative problem-solving relevant to their day-to-day roles.
